Specialist insurance company Beazley have taken the eighth floor of Cornerblock, the transformed £14m redevelopment adjacent to Snow Hill Station. It is the first building in Birmingham to have officially achieved an ‘A rated’ EPC.
A modern and innovative design has led to eye-catching floor finishes with some unusual features. A combination of luxury vinyl tile and multiple carpet tile types bring the whole area together into what will no doubt be a great place to work.
